Walking your way to a healthy heart is something that virtually every doctor agrees is effective.  The best part about walking is that you do not have to do it at a particular speed to be effective.  While certainly aerobic walking is the most effective, walking at any speed is still a very heart healthy thing to do.  The real question is how much of a difference walking can actually make on your heart health?
